The GeoBeam400M built-in inertial navigation system (INS) and GPS provide real- time and continuous heading Angle, roll Angle, pitch Angle, speed, position and heave information to the multi-beam mapping system. The equipment has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, fast start, high precision and high reliability.

Installation ModeMount the side side of the ship
(1) Must be installed on a firm and immobile part of the ship;
(2) Keep away from main engines, auxiliary engines, pumps and other places where noise and vibration are likely to be introduced;
(3) The mounting rod shall be fxed as close to the water line as possible; (4) The wet end of the sonar goes beyond the bottom of the boat;
(5) Installation point in the middle of the side or forward position, can not be installed in the stern;
(6) The distance between the top plane of the mounting bracket and the water surface should be less than 1 meter.
The mounting bracket can be fixed to the hull by welding or fixing with screws. Welding is recommended. The mounting column and the
mounting bracket are used together.
