     The Whale 510 is a miniature-sized brushless DC underwater thruster with a direct-drive motor solution that can achieve efficiencies of up to 40% and can be used in a wide range of small ROVs or AUVs. High effciency and low speed motors are used to effectively control the noise level. Whale 510 adopts self-lubricating sealing mode, exquisite and beautiful appearance, and can work continuously for more than 1000h.

    The Whale510 propeller is driven by a high-density brushless DC motor in direct drive mode, which improves transmission efficiency and reduces mechanical noise from the reducer. The whole series of Whale thrusters are custom-made frameless motors, which not only effectively reduce the overall weight, but also improve the heat dissipation effect of the motor. At the same time, after years of research and development accumulation, the company has proposed a coaxial transmission system, which makes the propeller shaft and the motor shaft seamless connection, ensure the concentricity of the two, reduce the mechanical transmission noise, and improve the overall service life of the propeller.
